About — The Embodied Parent Coach

About Me: My journey has been a bit of a rollercoaster, but one that’s brought me right to where I need to be. I started off my career as an Early Years educator and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), where I discovered my passion for helping kids and families thrive. In 2023 I retrained as a peaceful parent coach, driven by my belief in positive and attachment focused parenting.

But my biggest transformation came from my own extensive trauma healing journey. Experiencing firsthand the power of Embodied Processing (EP) sparked a fire in me to help others in the same way. So, I dove deep, trained as an Embodied Processing practitioner, and continued my quest for knowledge and healing methods.

I've kept up my professional development and expanded my skillset: I'm certified in Brainspotting, a specialist in narcissistic abuse, trained in the Safe and Sound Protocol, and licensed to deliver the 'Raising Kids with Big Baffling Behaviours' parent course.

My Philosophy: I believe that understanding the neurobiology of behavior and addressing our own emotional blocks are key to effective parenting and overall wellbeing. By educating parents on these aspects, providing them with practical tools and holding space for processing of past traumas and blocked emotions, I empower them to create healthier, more authentic relationships with themselves, their children and achieve greater emotional well being.
